Your Role:

We are looking for an experienced leader to manage and inspire our Commercial Team, providing top-tier legal advice to a diverse range of public sector bodies. In this dynamic role you will:

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing team of legal professionals, ensuring excellent client care and value for money.
  2. Provide practical, innovative legal advice on complex and politically sensitive matters related to contracts and procurement law.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, contributing to Pathfinder’s strategic growth.
  4. Play a key role in the leadership of Pathfinder Legal Services, contributing to the ongoing development and success of the organization.
  5. Drive new business development, including identifying new clients and promoting the team’s expertise to a wider audience.
