Are you a motivated and enthusiastic property lawyer looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a mix of residential conveyancing and commercial property experience to join our supportive team. We deal with an interesting variety of work from our local authority shareholder clients and other not-for-profit organisations. • Work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients.

This role is ideal for a lawyer seeking to advance their career and would be an excellent step towards more senior management.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience of handling their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (ideally to include Right to Buy and Shared Ownership Leases).
  • Is passionate about teaching, mentoring, and passing on knowledge to others.
  • Is pro-active, understands the importance of excellent client care and who thrives on a challenging and varied caseload.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a positive, client-focused culture.
