Andrew joined Pathfinder Legal Services in December 2023 as Chief Executive, leading a diverse team of legal professionals, business support staff and other specialist experts.
He has over 30 years’ experience as a practising lawyer, in the City of London and elsewhere, in four very different law firms, from trainee to solicitor, partner and board member. In recent years, Andrew has run his own consultancy business, Watson Fox, working with lawyers and others, helping to equip them with the key commercial and leadership skills, so valued by clients in today’s highly competitive legal marketplace.
Having spent time as Chief Operating Officer at a similar organisation at its inception in 2017, Andrew has a particular interest in the workings of local government, and the application of local government law in a way which is both practical and usable for clients in the public sector.
